Our chalet had an amazing view outside.

Overall it was lovely with view outside. The hotel was in a good location really close to lake Bacalar, and nature.

The location was stunning right next to the lagoon and the staff here was very kind. The hotel was off the main road. A wide range of fresh food, I greatly enjoyed it.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a really awesome time. the location was perfect with the hotel right by the Laguna, surrounded by nature and overlooking the lake. Being set off the main road meant there was no noise bothering us during our stay. 🌿.

The presence of too many flies in the dining room, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy our meals. The other drawback was the size of the beds and mosquito netting.
